As an Account Executive, you will generate sales in your designated territory consistent with department and corporate business objectives. While working from home or in the field, you will maintain daily communication with the company, your existing accounts, and potential new accounts. You will manage and support your customer account base by increasing sales through hot leads and cold calls, achieving agreed upon goals, and providing accurate business and product information. Additionally, you will provide product knowledge as needed to develop new and existing accounts.
In turn, we will support you with product knowledge training, sales material, and by providing hot leads generated by trade show programs, educational seminars, webinars, account referrals, web territory research, and other sourcing methods. You will be able to attend and participate in trade shows and seminars, so you can meet with company accounts and identify new business. You will earn $$$ bonuses according to performance.
Education/Experience Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years previous sales experience with proven track record of success, preferably 2 years in outside sales
• Esthetician license or equivalent preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of skin care salon, spa, and medical skin care markets desired
• Four year college degree preferred, but not required
• Intermediate level of computer skills required; i.e. Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet
